Mastermind is a logic game. This web-based version of the game was written by Cindy Brooman of Point & Click Software to demonstrate the use of the Active X technology.
In order to play this game, you must have Microsoft Internet Explorer, and you will need to set your security to allow prompting for the download of unsigned ActiveX Controls. (If you don't know how to do this, check our instructions on how to change your security settings.)
You may find it advantageous to review the instructions for this game, even if you think you know how to play. (The drag and drop interface is pretty intuitive though. The game is way better than any of the other Web versions we have seen.)
