The Events Calendar is a great product for communities or organizations wishing to maintain a schedule of events. The product is equally suitable for a public Internet website, or for use over an Intranet. It is ideal for Chambers of Commerce, local communitities, government entities and private corporations.

The product includes a Microsoft Access database and multiple Active Server Page (ASP) files ready for immediate installation on your Internet Service Provider's Windows NT Server. An online data entry system allows event information to be added, changed and deleted over the Web, using nothing but a standard Web browser. You don't even have to buy a copy of Microsoft Access for the desktop, which saves literally hundreds of dollars!

Information stored about each event includes event title, date and time, sponsor, description, location details with map link, contact information, keywords, etc.

Web visitors can browse the database by calendar month and date, browse all events in date order, or perform searches based on multiple criteria including keywords, partial field matches and other information. Event search results are returned in brief one-line format, with full-page event details available at the click of a mouse.

The product is also available with an optional rotating ad capability. Banner ads may be placed at multiple locations within the calendar, and hyperlinked to the sponsors' websites.
