Each web site that we create is unique, and is specially tailored to the client. The cost of construction for each web site is dependent upon many factors, some of which are listed below. Our various services are billed at fixed hourly rates, however, we will provide a written estimate for web site construction.

	Who is the target audience for the web site? This will determine the necessary level of graphic complexity, as certain audiences require more bells and whistles than others.
	What kind of design does the client want? We take into account the preferences of the client for the look and feel of the web site. The desired look of the site may or may not require extremely time-consuming graphics production work.
	How many pages does the client estimate will be needed? Although the graphics production work usually takes up the bulk of the time commitment, large numbers of pages and/or levels of submenus must be factored in. It also helps cut down on the cost if we receive the text in electronic format.
	How many photo scans will be required? Again, large numbers of photos must be factored into our estimate of time required to build the web site.
	How much programming will be required? Programming services are required for things like feedback forms and mouse rollover effects.
	Will the web site require database access? This requires more in the way of programming skills, and sometimes requires in-depth consultation.
